Sr. Data Scientist, Trust and Safety

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$139,764—$287,749/year

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ML-assisted sampling techniques to measure unsafe content prevalence.
• Build large-scale data pipelines for safety labeling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor safety metrics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python and data manipulation with SQL/Spark.
• Experience in platform safety and statistical methods.
