Compensation:

$139,764—$287,749/year

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-impact scientific work across GenAI-powered labeling and evaluation systems
  • Identify opportunities for LLMs to improve quality and efficiency
  • Develop prototypes for prompt optimization and human-in-the-loop workflows
  • Design experiments to evaluate model performance and operational tradeoffs
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement successful approaches

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in data science or a PhD with 3 years
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI techniques
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into rigorous analyses
  • Strong coding skills and experience influencing product direction
  • Experience with labeling systems and evaluation frameworks preferred
