Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, Search Signals

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$141,502—$291,328 USD

Responsibilities:

Drive innovation and execution across offsite signals, content understanding, and relevance.

Requirements:

• BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (10+ years in technical or analytical roles).
• Deep technical breadth in search, recommendation systems, ML/AI, and large-scale data integration.
• Proven track record of influencing at the VP/staff level.
