Senior Program Manager, Trust and Safety

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$97,104—$199,920/year

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver initiatives focused on harm areas such as self-harm and violence.
• Lead program and project management, ensuring timely execution and alignment across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective enforcement of safety measures.
• Analyze operational data to generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage risks and issues proactively, communicating with leadership as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven program or project management experience, preferably in Trust & Safety.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
