Project & Program Manager II (12-Month Fixed Term)

This role is based in Toronto, Canada.

About the Role:

As a Project & Program Manager II, you will coordinate and oversee multiple programs, defining their strategy and managing them end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and scale execution on program deliverables, collaborating across teams.
• Develop solutions to enhance program efficiency.
• Identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Define success metrics and track program impact.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Ability to work across functions and departments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decisions.
• Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
