Compensation:

$114,297—$235,319 USD

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the T&S Tools product roadmap.
  • Define and ship AI-native tool capabilities.
  • Partner with T&S practitioners to improve workflows.
  • Manage the internal customer experience.
  • Triage inbound requests and maintain roadmap focus.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years product management experience.
  • Experience building products for internal users.
  • Strong user empathy and SQL proficiency.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in Trust & Safety or content moderation.
  • Background in ops efficiency measurement.
