Principal Product Manager, AI Compliance

Compensation:

$228,911—$471,286 USD

Responsibilities:

  • Drive AI compliance and governance product strategy across Pinner- and advertiser-facing AI products.
  • Own user-facing and internal data controls for AI training.
  • Expand and support AI compliance tooling.
  • Partner with Legal, Privacy, Policy, Security, and Engineering teams.
  • Lead cross-functional programs for AI governance initiatives.
  • Serve as a thought partner on AI governance.

Requirements:

  • Deep AI/ML or data platform product experience.
  • Proven success driving cross-company programs.
  • Experience working with Legal, Privacy, Policy, and Security teams.
  • Fluency with data and governance concepts.
  • Track record of building compliance tooling.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
