Compensation:
$228,911—$471,286 USD
Responsibilities:
- Drive AI compliance and governance product strategy across Pinner- and advertiser-facing AI products.
- Own user-facing and internal data controls for AI training.
- Expand and support AI compliance tooling.
- Partner with Legal, Privacy, Policy, Security, and Engineering teams.
- Lead cross-functional programs for AI governance initiatives.
- Serve as a thought partner on AI governance.
Requirements:
- Deep AI/ML or data platform product experience.
- Proven success driving cross-company programs.
- Experience working with Legal, Privacy, Policy, and Security teams.
- Fluency with data and governance concepts.
- Track record of building compliance tooling.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
