Principal Machine Learning Engineer, Growth

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$267,393—$550,515 USD

Responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships with product teams to address technology needs.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance user engagement.
• Mentor engineers and ensure quality in project execution.
• Act as the technical point of contact for Growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Expertise in building large scale ML systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering and technical leadership.
• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
