Principal Machine Learning Engineer, Growth

This role is based in San Francisco with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$267,393—$550,515/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships with product teams to address technology needs.
• Drive initiatives to enhance user engagement on the platform.
• Mentor engineers and ensure quality in technical projects.
• Act as the technical point of contact for Growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Expertise in building large scale ML systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering and leadership.
• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
