Principal Machine Learning Engineer, Ads Delivery

This role is based in San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Seattle with a hybrid work model requiring in-office collaboration 1-2 times per month.

Compensation:

$294,000—$514,500 USD

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve backend systems and statistical models for the marketplace.
• Define and implement experiments to understand long-term marketplace effects.
• Drive collaboration across teams to enhance marketplace design.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of industry experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong software engineering and mathematical skills.
• Experience with large-scale e-commerce systems is a plus.
