Principal Engineer, Compute Platform

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$242,634—$499,541 USD per year

Responsibilities:

• Design and build a large-scale shared compute platform.
• Work with various teams to create migration paths and optimize resource utilization.
• Lead engineering efforts around observability, performance, and operability.
• Focus on delivering GPU resources for AI workloads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of experience with distributed systems.
• 5+ years of Kubernetes experience in production.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
