Responsibilities:
- Define and drive technical strategy for agentic engineering.
- Architect and ship production systems for AI agents.
- Reimagine Pinterest's software development lifecycle.
- Own developer velocity measurement and telemetry systems.
- Drive engineering-wide adoption through prototypes and documentation.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems in production.
- Deep understanding of modern SDLC tooling and workflows.
- Exceptional cross-functional influence and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
