Machine Learning Engineer II, Computer Vision Applied Science

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$138,905—$285,982/year

Responsibilities:

• Prototype new model architectures for vision-centric LLMs.
• Develop evaluation benchmarks for vision capabilities.
• Read research papers and contribute to visual generative strategy.
• Collect visual training data for targeted fine-tuning.
• Publish work through conferences and blog posts.
• Mentor junior researchers or interns.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of industry experience in computer vision.
• M.S. or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields.

Nice to Have:

• Publications at top ML conferences.
• Experience with AI coding assistants.
• Familiarity with LLM-powered productivity tools.
