$177,309—$310,291 USD

Responsibilities:

• Build statistical models and production systems for marketplace design.
• Optimize ad diversity and implement auctions.
• Define and implement experiments for long-term Marketplace effects.
• Drive collaboration across teams to enhance marketplace operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience.
• Knowledge in auction theory and econometrics.
• Strong software engineering and mathematical skills.
• Practical understanding of machine learning algorithms.
