Lead Program Manager, Global SMB Vendor Operations

This role sits within the Program Management team in the SMB & Channel sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain global performance scorecards to monitor vendor performance, quality, and timeliness.
• Use AI to create scalable tracking and alerting mechanisms to ensure vendor compliance against contractual terms.
• Serve as the global escalation point for vendor performance issues; triage, prioritize, and manage resolution across regions.
• Lead breach management and maintain an auditable record of vendor adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vendor efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 8+ years of experience in operations or vendor management.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve workflow.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and influencing stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Compensation:

$114,499—$235,734 USD
