Responsibilities:
- Lead global business systems initiatives across Salesforce and related technologies.
- Own sales process areas, improving workflow efficiency and scalability.
- Develop execution roadmaps translating strategic priorities into actionable projects.
- Analyze complex business problems and recommend scalable solutions.
- Identify and assess emerging AI capabilities across the sales tech stack.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in business systems analysis or related field.
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project leadership skills.
