Lead Ads Product Marketing Manager (12-Month Fixed Term)

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Build the ads product go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Product Marketing, Business Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Assess regional capabilities and opportunities through strategic analysis.
- Advocate for regional needs and ensure internal awareness of pain points.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and track success metrics.
- Use data to influence ads product strategy and ensure product-market fit.
- Educate internal and external teams on Pinterest’s ads product solutions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product marketing and/or brand marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills at executive and team levels.
- Analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Understanding of the European digital marketing space.
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel.
