Integrated Marketing Lead

This role is based in San Francisco or can be remote.

Compensation:

$120,321—$247,718 USD

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of instructional designers.
• Design and maintain engaging learning and certification programs.
• Oversee certification program launches and vendor management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align training solutions with business needs.
• Utilize data analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in instructional design or learning & development.
• Experience in building eLearning and certification programs.
• Strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
