Engineering Manager II, Programmatic Offsite Ads

$177,185—$364,795/year

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the offsite ads strategy for programmatic ads.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for driving programmatic off-platform ads delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Research, and Sales to define new product features.
  • Lead experimentation and optimization of advertising campaigns.
  • Mentor and guide a team of 8-10 engineers.

Requirements:

  • BS (or higher) in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2-3+ years of engineering management experience.
  • Experience in the ads domain and with programmatic advertising.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
