Engineering Manager II, Performance Ad Formats

This role is based in San Francisco or remote with in-office collaboration required once a week.

Compensation:

$170,371—$350,763 USD

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team (iOS, Android, Web, Backend).
• Shape and execute Pinterest’s lower-funnel advertising strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, PMM, Data Science, and Engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership in driving ad strategy.
• Experience in building high-performing engineering teams.
