Engineering Manager II, Developer Fundamentals

This role is based in Toronto, Canada.

What you'll do:

• Lead and grow a team of 5+ engineers responsible for core developer workflows.
• Own the team's roadmap and balance strategic initiatives with operational reliability.
• Drive execution on key initiatives including AI-native developer workflows and environment modernization.
• Build a culture of developer empathy and establish operational practices.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong technical background in developer platforms.
• Experience with AI coding tools and improving developer workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
