Compensation:

$208,454—$364,795/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to build reliable, performant and efficient caching systems.
  • Modernize the cache infra tech stack with cutting-edge technologies.
  • Maintain high engineering standards focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Drive the migration of memcached to Kubernetes.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive team culture.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong technical background in distributed systems and caching systems.
  • Experience coding in Java, Python, or C/C++.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
