Compensation:

$155,584—$320,320/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team delivering AI-led growth products.
  • Own planning and execution for the team’s roadmap.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define opportunities and deliver measurable growth impact.
  • Drive AI-led innovations for content understanding and representation.
  • Establish launch readiness standards for AI-powered features.
  • Improve team operating cadence using AI.
  • Build strong cross-team execution with data intelligence platforms.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 1+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience in ambiguous product spaces and AI/ML-powered capabilities.
  • Strong track record of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work.
