Engineering Manager I, Growth AI

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$155,584—$320,320/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team delivering AI-led growth products.
• Own planning and execution for the team’s roadmap.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define opportunities and set success metrics.
• Drive AI-led innovations for content representation.
• Establish launch readiness standards for AI-powered features.
• Improve team operating cadence using AI.
• Build strong cross-team execution with data intelligence platforms.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in software engineering, with large-scale user-facing products.
• 1+ years in people leadership.
• Experience in ambiguous product spaces and AI/ML product capabilities.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High integrity and ownership in work.
