Director, Global Payroll Administration

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$178,561—$367,626 USD

Responsibilities:

• Oversee global payroll operations and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely tax withholding.
• Enhance payroll processes through workflow improvements and automation.
• Develop and implement payroll policies aligned with business needs.
• Manage global payroll tax risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global team.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in global payroll or finance functions.
• 8+ years leading multi-region or global teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Deep expertise in global payroll operations and compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
