Responsibilities:
- Conduct analyses and provide technical guidance to support Trust & Safety teams.
- Develop metrics, reporting structures, and dashboards to improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and automate reporting.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Data and Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau.
- Exposure to Python or similar programming languages.
