Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical expert during the sales cycle, partnering closely with Sales to design, explain, and validate client integrations.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client integration preferences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues related to data flow and reporting accuracy.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency across technical tasks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a technical, client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of digital media and advertising.
- Hands-on experience with tracking technologies and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
