Brand Marketing Manager
Found: Today
Pinterest's Consumer Brand Marketing team builds the campaigns and cultural moments that bring Pinterest's brand to life, from global tentpole brand campaigns to experiential activations at Coachella, all in service of our mission: helping people create a life they love. We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who has helped shape culture-defining creative campaigns. Someone able to translate cultural and consumer insight and business needs into brand strategy while harmoniously driving campaigns from initial briefing through launch and final reporting.
What you'll do:
- Own specific work streams within Pinterest's tentpole brand marketing activations. Drive the day-to-day process of Pinterest's brand marketing campaigns from kickoff through final execution and reporting, keeping work streams, timelines, and deliverables on track across tentpole activations.
- Manage channel and creative partners, review and give feedback on creative work, and give informed, critical input into media strategy and plans.
- Creative strategy: Mine research and cultural analysis to uncover consumer insight, and translate brand, culture, and consumer understanding into campaign strategy, messaging architectures, comms frameworks, and creative briefs.
- Create cross-functional alignment and manage senior stakeholders with diplomacy and foresight, keeping campaigns on track as priorities and timelines shift.
- Use AI across the full campaign lifecycle, from creative strategy and insight development, to day-to-day campaign management and cross-functional collaboration, to measurement and reporting, while maintaining rigor, critical thinking, and ownership of final creative and strategic decisions.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years of brand marketing experience working in a fast-paced organization
- A track record of helping develop culture-defining creative campaigns, work that broke through, shifted perception, and became part of the cultural conversation.
- Demonstrated end-to-end leadership of marketing campaigns, including cross-functional and agency/channel partner management.
- Proven experience in brand/creative strategy, writing briefs, comms architectures, and campaign strategy grounded in cultural and consumer insight.
- Working fluency in media strategy and planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience building strategic documents, proposals, and analyses ready for leadership review.
- Strong diplomacy skills, a track record of creating alignment and finding solutions among cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools to support and drive marketing work, with sound judgment for validating outputs and maintaining ownership of final decisions.
