OpenAI is hiring its first Workforce Planning Manager to establish frameworks for headcount planning, align recruiting capacity with business needs, and forecast real estate requirements.

About You:
- 7–10+ years in workforce planning or strategic operations
- Experience building new processes or systems
- Strong analytical skills with HRIS, ATS, and financial planning systems
