Web Platform Lead

This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$266K – $295K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead tooling and systems for product launches and growth initiatives.
• Own and scale web experiences tied to new product categories.
• Drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams.
• Design conversion-focused experiences across various touchpoints.
• Implement measurement strategies to improve engagement and conversion.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in e-commerce, web platforms, or digital product.
• Experience managing high-scale web ecosystems.
• Strong track record in leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of experimentation and measurement strategies.
