Location:

San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, or Remote - US.

Compensation:

$136.8K – $240K + Offers Equity • Multiple Ranges

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage world-class AI researchers and scientists.
• Drive top-of-funnel sourcing efforts and build outreach strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop customized sourcing strategies.
• Represent OpenAI at conferences and events.

Requirements:

• Experience sourcing specialized Engineering and/or AI talent.
• Deep interest in AI research and engagement with global research communities.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches while ensuring quality.
