Compensation:
$136.8K – $240K + Offers Equity • Multiple Ranges
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage top AI researchers and scientists.
- Drive sourcing efforts and build outreach strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
We’re Seeking:
- Experience sourcing specialized Engineering and/or AI talent.
- Interest in AI research and engagement with global research communities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex searches.
