Technical Sourcer

This role is remote with options available in Seattle and San Francisco.

Compensation:

$136K – $240K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing strategies for engineering roles supporting B2B and enterprise-facing products.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates through proactive outreach, research, and networking.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
• Leverage advanced sourcing tools and techniques to identify high-impact talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing metrics.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience sourcing engineers, especially in product engineering or backend systems.
• Experience sourcing for B2B, enterprise, developer, or API-driven products.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Strong partnership skills with recruiters and technical leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
