Technical Program Manager, Synthetic Data

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and relocation assistance offered.

Compensation:

$207K – $285K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end programs to acquire and deliver high-impact data and training environments.
• Drive the creation of mission-critical training datasets for major model training runs.
• Own the data platform roadmap and lead the development of new features.

Requirements:

• Experience leading large technical programs with significant impact.
• Fluency in infrastructure, data, or AI/ML.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate problems and drive decision-making.
