Technical Program Manager, Support Delivery

Responsibilities:
- Lead support delivery programs for Tier 3 frontline delivery for strategic customers.
- Own the premium support service strategy and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage support initiatives.
- Implement tools and automation to enhance customer support efficiency.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in program management or support engineering.
- Experience with tools and automation that scale processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
