Technical Program Manager, Robotics Data Acquisition

This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$257K – $300K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the roadmap and execution of robotic DAQ systems.
  • Coordinate across hardware, software, and operations teams.
  • Translate research workflows into scalable DAQ processes.
  • Ensure DAQ stations are integrated and ready for production.
  • Manage program plans and identify risks.
  • Model and plan DAQ capacity to meet data demands.
  • Define and enforce data quality standards.
  • Drive improvements in system reliability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in technical program management or systems engineering.
  • Strong systems-level thinking across hardware and software.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Comfortable working close to hardware and debugging issues.
  • Strong analytical skills for modeling system performance.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
