Technical Program Manager, Knowledge Innovation

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$285K – $355K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement human/AI-cooperative processes to solve complex problems.
  • Create aligned relationships with research, operations, sales, and product teams.
  • Deliver high-profile technical projects against tight deadlines.
  • Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Increase structure in logistical processes and create technical roadmaps.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager.
  • Operational experience and a vision for AI in operational knowledge work.
  • Strong execution track record on complex projects.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
