Technical Program Manager, Hardware Systems

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$270K – $340K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Drive technical initiatives to ensure product success from concept to launch.
  • Lead technical program management of next-gen AI hardware system development.
  • Establish NPI product development process with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Provide program management during all phases of product development.
  • Manage overall program requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams for successful execution.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills for risk assessment and change management.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines and standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Track record of leading complex projects from concept to launch.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams and managing development timelines.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions.
