Technical Program Manager, Compute Infrastructure

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$257K – $335K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of New Compute SKUs and large-scale GPU clusters.
• Drive multi-threaded bring-up programs spanning hardware, networking, power, and cooling.
• Build and operationalize program mechanisms for predictable delivery at scale.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness to ship production-ready compute.
• Provide executive visibility on progress, tradeoffs, and risks across programs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in program management for major projects.
• Degree in a hard science or demonstrated engineering expertise.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
