Technical Program Manager, Capacity Tooling

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$270K – $340K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale tooling for capacity planning including data pipelines and forecasting dashboards.
  • Integrate data sources to create a unified view of compute supply and demand.
  • Develop real-time reporting to identify supply gaps and utilization trends.
  • Design automations for demand collection and supply allocation.
  • Create optimization engines for compute allocation recommendations.
  • Build interactive models for scenario testing.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in GPU, CPU, Storage, or Networking.
  • Experience in AI/ML and/or cloud infrastructure.
  • Ability to make complex decisions with significant financial implications.
  • Self-starter with a capacity to thrive in ambiguity.
