Compensation:

$293K – $325K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic analytics initiatives across Global GTM Data Science and AI Solutions.
  • Build competitive intelligence capabilities to inform GTM strategy.
  • Own business performance updates for GTM leadership.
  • Translate data science capabilities into practical workflows.
  • Create enablement materials for sales and GTM teams.
  • Define scalable operating rhythms and processes.
  • Partner with RevOps and Data Science to align strategic priorities.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy or business operations.
  • Background in top-tier strategy consulting.
  • Strong understanding of business performance management.
  • Experience with sales and go-to-market leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or Python.
