Strategy & Operations Lead, B2B Marketing

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.
Compensation:
$302K - $335K/year
Responsibilities:
- Own integrated resource planning across budget, headcount, and hiring priorities.
- Design and improve the operating system for B2B Marketing.
- Define metrics and reporting cadences to track progress against business goals.
- Serve as strategic surge capacity for new or high-priority initiatives.
- Identify operational gaps and design systems to improve clarity and accountability.
Requirements:
- 14+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or marketing in a tech environment.
- Experience with B2B marketing and GTM motions.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with budgets and forecasts.
- Excellent communication skills for senior audiences.
- Ability to drive operational improvements independently.
