Strategic Analytics and Insight Lead

This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$239K – $265K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-priority strategic analytics initiatives across Global GTM Data Science and AI Solutions.
• Build and scale competitive intelligence capabilities to inform GTM strategy.
• Own business performance updates for GTM leadership.
• Translate complex data science and AI capabilities into clear recommendations.
• Create enablement materials for sales and GTM teams.
• Define scalable operating rhythms and processes.
• Partner closely with RevOps, Data Science, and GTM leadership.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or consulting roles.
• Background in top-tier strategy consulting.
• Strong understanding of business performance management and commercial metrics.
• Experience with sales, RevOps, or go-to-market leadership teams.
• Excellent problem-structuring and market intelligence skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level updates.
