Startup & Field Marketing Manager - EMEA

This role sits at the intersection of startup GTM, field marketing, community, and ecosystem engagement across EMEA.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the EMEA startup field marketing strategy in partnership with regional teams.
• Plan and execute high-impact startup and investor-focused events across EMEA.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, VCs, and ecosystem organizations.

Who You Are:

• 5–7+ years of experience in startup marketing or community-led roles.
• Strong systems thinker with experience building scalable programs.
• Deep familiarity with the EMEA startup ecosystem.
