Sourcer, User Operations

This role is based in San Francisco, with potential for remote work.

Compensation:

$192K – $240K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build targeted searches and craft candidate outreach approaches.
• Act as the primary touchpoint for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize creative strategies to discover talent through events and contests.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience sourcing in Trust & Safety, Support Operations, and related fields.
• Experience sourcing for non-technical roles.
• Demonstrable success in hiring top technical talent.
