Compensation:
$192K – $240K/year + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and develop sourcing strategies.
- Build targeted searches to deliver precise candidate profiles.
- Engage passive talent through thoughtful outreach.
- Act as the primary touchpoint for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize creative strategies to discover talent through events and contests.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience sourcing GTM/sales talent.
- Experience sourcing for non-technical roles.
- Demonstrable success in hiring top talent at tech companies or startups.
