Solutions Architect

This role is based in Seoul, South Korea, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical lead for strategic platform customers, ideating and building applications on our API.
• Work with senior stakeholders to identify applications of GenAI and build a comprehensive backlog.
• Accelerate customer time to value through prototypes and strategic guidance.
• Manage relationships with customer leadership to ensure successful deployment and scaling of applications.
• Contribute to open-source resources and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of technical consulting experience.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience in implementing Generative AI and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
• A collaborative attitude and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
