Software Engineer, Full-Stack — Developer Experience

Compensation:
$210K – $490K/year + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Own major product areas end-to-end: problem discovery, UX iteration, technical design, implementation, rollout, and ongoing improvements.
- Partner closely with engineers and internal stakeholders to understand pain points and translate them into effective UI/UX for core developer workflows.
- Integrate and iterate on AI-empowered DevEx that balances capability vs simplicity/control.
- Set a high bar for performance, reliability, and usability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional engineering experience building user-facing products.
- Strong frontend or full-stack engineer with deep UI instincts, and modern web fundamentals (TypeScript, React).
- Experience building internal tools or workflow-heavy products for technical users.
