Senior Technical Sourcer, Applications Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing strategies for candidates in large-scale infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Develop a strong pipeline of passive candidates through outreach and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine sourcing approaches.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
• Represent OpenAI at industry events.
• Maintain organized candidate data and metrics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing, especially in infrastructure or systems engineering.
• Proven track record in sourcing candidates for cloud infrastructure and distributed computing.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
