Senior Technical Recruiter, Physical Infrastructure - Stargate

This role is based in San Francisco or Seattle with a hybrid work model: three days in-office and optional work-from-home on Thursdays and Fridays.

Compensation:

$240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with executives to understand hiring needs across data-center engineering and physical infrastructure.
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
  • Manage the candidate journey from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform hiring strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a strong candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven success in hiring for physical/data infrastructure roles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with leadership and hiring teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
